Yard and Drive Thru Team Leader- New Lynn

**The Role**:

- You’ll lead and develop our vital front-line team in our Yard and Drive Thru at our New Lynn Branch. Be responsible for driving excellent service delivery to our building and trade customers when they come through our yard and drive thru/pick up area. This is a hands-on Leadership role that will also be reasonable for controlling Inventory and stock management with the use of continuous improvement techniques. Leading a team of 7 in the Yard and Drive thru. General maintenance to ensure Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality requirements are exceeded.
- This is a full-time permanent role, working Tuesday-Saturday 8:30am-5pm (Hours will vary on a Saturday).

**About You**:

- We are looking for someone with industry experience and a passion for leading a team, who is highly motivated to make decisions and act to continuously improve performance and safety measures.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively and influence the team. Proficient computer skills. Have a Full driver’s licence as well as a valid F-endorsement or Forklift driving experience. Physically fit and enjoy working both inside and outside. Proactive and able to think on your feet under pressure.
