Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand, Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty is spread across a vast geographical area and centred across two hospitals based in Tauranga and Whakatāne. We serve a population of approximately 259,000 for the major population centres of Tauranga, Katikati, Te Puke, Whakatāne, Kawerau and Ōpōtiki. Te Whatu Ora Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty is one of the Bay of Plenty's largest employers with over 4000 staff.
**He Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the Role**
We are currently seeking a Specialty Clinical Nurse (SCN) to work in our Sexual Health Services at Tauranga Hospital and our satellite clinic in Te Puke. This is a fixed term position for one year and is for 40 hours per fortnight.
Our Sexual Health Service offers symptomatic and asymptomatic screening for anyone wanting sexual health advice and checks. We offer contraceptive advice and services alongside a range of specialist services including Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) and Long Acting Reversible Contraception (LARCS).
