In this role you will join a supportive team environment, where you will collaborate with Agribusiness Managers to foster and develop long term client relationships and business growth. We are seeking someone with a passion for agriculture, and an interest in numbers. **This role would suit graduate applicants, or experienced applicants with finance, accounting or agricultural backgrounds. **Lending growth within the region means there is a significant opportunity to advance into account management for the right applicant.

Day-to-day, this role will collaborate with the Agribusiness Manager and clients to deliver exceptional customer service. You will proficiently analyse financial and non-financial client information and consolidate this into written reports for formal lending approvals.

Ideally you will demonstrate:

- Some experience in a similar role within banking, finance, accounting or alternatively a sound understanding of financial statements and an ability to ‘explain the numbers’ to assess the financial performance of a business.
- Knowledge of the rural industry
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to easily build relationships with key internal and external clients
- A tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Agriculture is preferred but not essential.
