Being a front of office role, you will need to be a natural people person, be able to work in a team environment and be able to take initiative where necessary, and work alone at times. The role consists largely of:
2- Checking guests in and out;
3- Dealing with any guest queries;
4- Taking payments;
5- Dealing with third-party suppliers and travel agents;
6- Reporting to management; and

7- Liaising with our housekeeping teams to ensure the smooth running of daily business.
