The L1 Support Engineer is a key and fundamental position at The Instillery, it’s customer service at its finest, our life blood, what we excel at and a bit of our bread and butter. You’ll be responsible for providing our customers with the technical support they need, when they need it and in a diligent, secure, efficient and friendly manner.

**A day in the life of a Level 1 Support Engineer will involve**:

- Representing The Instillery and communicating with our clients, supporting them with their technical operations - resolving our clients’ technical issues and enabling them in their day-to-day operations
- Trouble-shooting a range of technical issues for our clients, involving Windows, Exchange and Office 365
- Managing a high volume of incoming tickets within specified timeframes (call answering, time on call etc)

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Be passionate and have experience within IT, either in an office environment or tertiary institute.
- Have good attention to detail, accuracy and be able to demonstrate completion of administration associated with technical work
- Be positive and responsive with a focussed attitude, ready to help.
