An exciting opportunity has arisen to join DHL Supply Chain as QRA Officer at our Airport site on a 14-month fixed term contract.
**IN THIS JOB YOU WILL BE**:
- Controlling quality documentation in completion of GxP activities
- Facilitating the maintenance of and ensuring quality standards and regulatory compliance are identified and achieved
- Ensuring DSC is compliant with external regulatory license, certifying and accrediting authorities ‘standards’ and protocols
- Lead and deliver the roll out of the ETQ programme including documentation control, change request, non-conformance and support the business in its utilisation
- Maintenance of the Business Management System components
- Coordinate, implement & support the Food Safety Programme National Programme
- Manage the financial activities of the team (iProcure, Payment of Invoices)
- Meeting the daily quality requirements of our clients
- Carrying out internal audits and supporting external audits
- Carrying out quality assurance related projects
- Support Agency’s Compliance, Quality Control and Co-pack Quality Control staff capabilities and independence
- Monitor, advise, training and support of the Co-pack customisation production environment to ensure regulatory and clients compliance,
- Supporting Regulatory licencing, certification, accreditation, and related requirements
**WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE?**
- Ideally you will have a tertiary background in business or science
- 2-3 years’ experience in a Quality Assurance role with some knowledge on warehousing and logistics
- Have basic administrative experience
- Have an interest in quality and healthcare good manufacturing practices
- Be extremely accurate and have a great eye for detail
- Have a great sense of humour, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers
- Meeting deadlines and prioritising work will come naturally to you.

This position is based at our Auckland Airport site; however you will need a driver’s license and the flexibility to work across our sites in Auckland. Some travel to other sites in New Zealand will be required from time to time.
