Our client is a well-established investments and financial planning company, they have their own in-house transfer staff, financial advisers and other specialist representatives. Equipped with a senior team of finance and investment professionals they are dedicated to providing the best possible service to their clients.

**The Role**:
As an Advisor Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in ensuring operational efficiency within the company. Your responsibilities will include;
- Maintaining the CRM system to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Distributing statements of advice to clients
- Coordinating annual client reviews and booking meetings
- Managing Adviser diaries and scheduling appointments
- Arranging travel and accommodation for meetings and seminars
- Formatting and distributing client correspondence, plans, and reports
- Uploading client compliance and AML documentation to the CRM
- Submitting information requests to external providers and providing information to advisers
- Assisting with data reconciliation as required
