Shift Runners are high performing team members who are responsible for managing individual shifts and staff from start to finish. Dealing with operational or customer related issues during this time and reporting back to the Store Manager/Owner.

**Shift Runner Responsibilities**:

- Shift running
- Cash control
- Customer service and conflict resolution
- Staff management
- Safety and security during a shift

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30-40 per week

**Salary**: $22.00 - $23.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hamilton, Waikato: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
