This is a hand on role whereby not only will you be managing but also helping the rest of your team with providing excellent customer service.
You will be actively supported by the owner who firmly believes that the skills that you can obtain in a managerial role in hospitality can lend itself to a myriad of opportunities for your future. We encourage internal and external learning with any expenses covered for by the company.
If youre quite ready to take the leap into management, well happily get you ready to take that next step with confidence.
You can have your own management style but it must be team inclusive, empathetic and organised.
Hospitality can be varied and our managers must be able to handle it when were under the pump - find it exciting as opposed to stressful. A shift always ends.
Personality is important to us, plus we want you to be having fun. This rubs off on both the team and also the customer.
If you dont already have, we would expect you to obtain a Managers Licence of which the company will cover the costs for.
Attention to detail is crucial.
We dont expect you to be an expert at everything food and beverage, but a sound knowledge is important. Anything shortfalls can be taught.
