**Team Leader Customer Experience
- Kiwa Pools**

**About the role**

The Team Leader Customer Experience will work closely with the Aquatics Manager and other team leaders to ensure excellence in customer service and experiences for our customers. You will think strategically to identify opportunities to achieve excellent standards of end-to-end customer experience.

The Team Leader Customer Experience will support the Team Leader Aquatic Programmes and Activities to ensure all systems including the booking systems are working well to ensure customer experience. You will also be responsible for the look and feel of the customer arrival area, working closely with the café operator, and will ensure customers are well looked after throughout their experience with Kiwa Pools.

You’ll recognise the importance of the role as a Treaty partner and understand how that underpins Gisborne District Council’s work.

**Duties Include**:

- Team Management of Customer Service reps.
- System and process service implementation
- Training team in Customer Service
- Promoting culture of diversity and inclusion
- Relationship management

**Skills & experience**
- Leadership in a customer service environment
- Continuous improvement approach
- Recruitment, training, performance, and disciplinary processes.
- Health Safety and Wellbeing
- Knowledge of Te Reo Maori
