Commercial Cleaner

The Responsibilities of the positions are cited Below.

1.Residential and Commercial building cleanings.

2. Cleaning and maintaining of hard floors

3. Cleaning windows and other glass surfaces.

4. Operating industrial vacuum cleaners to clean floors, work areas and machines

5. Cleaning Toilets and disinfecting laundry and bathroom fixtures, replenishing supplies and reporting defective area.

6. Cleaning, dusting, vacuuming and polishing the required surfaces.

7. Removing rubbish and recyclable material, and emptying containers, bins and trays

8. Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs

9. Maintaining Healthy environment and follow all health and safety regulations.

10. Keeping the work van, trailer and all cleaning equipment neat and tidy

11. Must be able to communicate with customers directly when needed to provide them the best service.

Applicants Must
- Be available to work during nights, on weekends and public holidays.
- Due to the nature of our clients’ businesses, you must also pass a drug test and have a clear criminal record (if required).
- Applicants must be physically fit to operate different cleaning Machines.

Schedule:

- Weekdays and Weekends work

**Salary**: $29.00 - $30.00 per hour
