We're seeking a motivated and ambitious Store Manager to join our team at Martinborough Four Square. Our brand new 900m2 flagship store is the largest in the North Island and as a key member of our senior leadership team, you'll play a pivotal role in continuing to drive store growth.

You may be an aspiring store owner. This could be the start of your own potential store ownership journey.

**The Role**

As Store Manager you will plan, lead, communicate, organise and control the day-to-day running of the store to achieve the highest possible standards. Working with our Financial Controller you will be responsible for store financial performance to an EBITDA level. Focused on achieving operational excellence, you’ll take a hands-on approach to lead your team and deliver exceptional results.

- Champion excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships

**What we’re looking for**:

- The ability to lead a team of 40, providing them with a great place to work and grow.
- Deliver strong commercial growth.
- Help plan the stores long-term strategy and then execute it on a day-today basis.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Proven management experience in a retail environment.
- Experience running departments.
- A hands-on leader who enjoys getting involved in store operations and setting departments and leaders up to succeed.
