**About the Role**:
**The Care and Recovery Service**is a multi-disciplinary team that provides a comprehensive range of therapeutic treatment options in collaboration with service users, their families/whnau, and local communities. This is achieved through the assessment and management of the complex health needs of service users, with the provision of effectively planned, episodic care that supports them to manage their overall healthcare needs. Work is Monday to Friday and can be full or part time.

The
**Community Acute Service**provides a comprehensive range of therapeutic treatment options offering and providing intensive home support to service users and their families / whnau as an alternative to in-patient admission. As a key member of this professional, dedicated team, youll be assessing and managing the needs of service users that are referred to the service with an acute mental health presentation and increased risk. Our team work Monday to Sunday on a rostered basis, either part time or full time. Members of the CAS also work in our urgent response (crisis) service on a rostered basis (including weekends and night shifts).

Our client has four adult community mental health centres (CMHCs): in Panmure, Greenlane, Ponsonby and Mt Eden. They provide a range of high-quality therapeutic programmes with a strong multi-disciplinary focus. Youll be continually stimulated and challenged as you work with a diverse group of clients presenting a range of mental health needs.
