Experienced Builder

**DASH is an all-inclusive, high-end residential construction solutions company. Our operation is nationwide, with established bases on Waiheke Island, Auckland, Omaha, Tara Iti & Mangawhai.**

We are looking for an **Experienced Builder** to help our Site Manager in the running of Dash Build construction sites in **Waiheke.**

**What will you do?**
- Highly detailed architectural carpentry work, such as structural reinforcement, in-situ formwork, timber framed floors, decks, walls, roofs and structures all cut and made on site, retaining walls, structural steel integration, bespoke claddings and facades, SIPS panels, roofing and custom landscaping elements
- Ensure H&S protocols are strictly followed.

**What do you need?**
- A minimum of 3-5 years of carpentry experience with exceptional attention to detail
- Ideally, BCITO qualified or L3 and L4 Carpentry Certificate (LPB is preferred but not essential)
- Complete set of tools
- Current driver licence (Ideally Full license)
- Ability to read architectural & structural drawings
- Knowledge of the NZ Building standards
- Sound time management and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

**Salary**: $30.00 - $55.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
