**The Opportunity**

- Permanent, full-time salaried position
- Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, occasional weekend work
- 7am start
- Dunsandel based location

**The Role**:
This role is designed for someone who has experience working in an agricultural or manufacturing field and is looking for long term career development, leadership, and a desire to achieve technical competence in the compost industry.

**About You**

To be successful you will have a desire for learning, continuous improvement, team success and collaboration. You will be physically capable, practical, and willing to work outdoors. You will possess high attention to detail and have a solution focused mindset.
