We invite you to join our housekeeping team, drive excellence in guest service, perform shift operations and create memorable experiences- About the Role- We are looking for an energetic, well presented person to take up the role of Housekeeping Supervisor.. Key responsibilities include:
- Balances team working schedules to maintain and improve the economy and productivity of the Housekeeping Department.
- Supervise and train Room Attendants, House Persons and Public Area Cleaners.
- Perform routine inspections of all check out rooms and spot checks of all occupied rooms.
- Routinely inspect, service areas, storerooms, public areas and corridors
- Responsible for the management of the Housekeeping Department in the Executive Housekeepers absence.

- Skills & Experience- Ability to build warm relationship, initiates contact and builds rapport easily
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Available to work on weekends and public holidays and able to work on a 7 day rotating rosters
- Demonstrated ability to resolve problems and conflict, and work efficiently under pressure.
- Well-presented, organised and calm personality
- 1 year housekeeping team leader or supervisor experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
