We are looking for experienced HR Advisors to work on 3-6-month contracts. The HR Advisors will provide high quality HR services responsive to the needs of the organisation; providing employment advice and support and supporting initiatives managed by HR Business Partners.

**Reporting to the HR Business Support Lead and working closely with HR Business Partners key responsibilities will include**:

- Ensuring Employment Relationship (ER) issues are resolved effectively
- Assisting the HRBP’s with more complex ER and change processes as required
- Supporting leaders and employees in the interpretation and implementation of policies
- Maintaining accurate employment documentation, including variation letters and employment agreements
- Taking ownership of discrete areas such as parental leave and onboarding as required

**What you will bring to the role**:

- A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role
- A good understanding of HR principles and practices
- Working knowledge of employment legislation
- The ability to build strong working relationships
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence
- All applicants MUST have immediate eligibility to work in NZ_
