This is the perfect opportunity to make a difference and add value to the business processes and practices within the organisation.

We are looking for an experienced administrative professional to provide full administrative support to our Director of Operations. Additionally, well-organised facilitation of key activities within our Operations team is required. This includes our Land Management, Environment Services, Rivers and Regional Gardens teams.

**About you**

We’re looking for someone who will bring a super-star attitude to customer service and enjoy being a key player in a strong team environment. You will need to be versatile, resourceful and have exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills. You will have a strong administration or events management background and may be looking to take the next step-up in your career.

We like to set people up for success so you’ll be a leading applicant if you have:

- Proven experience in an administrative role with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superb time management ability that sets yourself, the Director - Operations, and the wider Operations team members up for success
- Great technical ability; you are digitally savvy with a growth mindset when it comes to new and evolving technology
- Attention to detail, the desire to get things right first-time and pride in achieving excellent support
- An inquisitive and curious mind that is focused on continuous process improvement
