As a Hiab Driver Timber Yard Team Member operating from our Rotorua Branch, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional service to our trade customers in a punctual, professional, and secure manner.

This role is both fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring you to navigate various building sites with differing ground conditions, and providing a service which will be invaluable across our dry shed, panel, and timber yard sections.

Your adaptability and versatility will serve as essential assets in meeting the challenges of this position effectively.
- Efficiently loading and delivering customer orders to both residential and commercial construction sites, ensuring timely arrival.
- Safely offloading product deliveries at job sites, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Handling sales paperwork and documentation.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers, whether on-site or off-site, ensuring their needs are met to the highest standards.
- Assisting the branch by promptly and effectively picking, assembling, and loading orders during non-delivery periods.

**About you**
- A valid FULL NZ Driver's License is Essential accompanied by either a Class 4 or 5 Heavy Transport License
- Holding a current HIAB Certification, along with experience in HIAB driving, is a fundamental requirement.
- Having a forklift license is preferred (possessing F endorsement & OSH Certificates are advantageous).
- A collaborative individual with a positive mindset.
- An individual who excels in connecting with others and effortlessly builds trust and rapport with our customers.
- Demonstrated awareness of industry health and safety regulations
- Must be physically fit for occasional heavy lifting and manual handling.
