The role is based in Otahuhu and there may be the occasional call out to travel to customer locations to do servicing and repair.

**Responsibilities for the role include**:
Performing tyre repair, servicing, and preventative maintenance on assigned vehicles, including fitments, repairs, rotations, pressure checks, inspections and data gathering of tyres on vehicles.

Maintaining work tools and equipment in a clean & safe condition.

Working as required in all aspects of a retail tyre store as required by management.

Completing callouts as and when required and complete job cards for all work carried out.

Conducting stock takes as per Stock Take System.

Complete required paperwork.

Adhering to all OSH requirements to ensure a safe working environment exists at all times.

Adhering to all quality standards set by the company.

Ensuring store cleanliness is maintained to a high standard.

**Requirements for the role include**:
NZQF Level 2 or 3 qualification (ANZSCO Skill Level 4) in vehicle mechanics or at least one year of relevant experience.

Able to do simple calculations and to understand work manuals and follow instructions.

Full driver licence.

This is a full time permanent position with regular hours at 45 hours per week from Monday-Friday 7.00AM-5.00PM.

You will be required to work weekends on a roster. Starting hourly rate is $27.76 to $30/hr + GST
