**About the Role**:
We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Health Care Assistant/s to join our dedicated Renal Ward team. In this part-time, permanent position, you will work 72 hours per fortnight. The position is located in Ballantyne House and the role will be crucial in assisting the nursing and renal physiologist staff and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the ward. In addition to helping patients with daily activities to maintaining a clean and safe environment and being an integral part of the patient care experience, you will be trained to do some technical tasks related to dialysis equipment and inventory management. Our Renal service specializes in providing comprehensive care for patients with kidney-related illnesses, including those undergoing dialysis and other renal treatments. As part of our team, you’ll be working with highly skilled healthcare professionals, including nurses, renal physiologists, doctors, and other allied health staff, all committed to delivering high-quality care. Our team thrives on collaboration, with a focus on mutual respect, ongoing learning, and patient-centred care.
