**He kōrero mōu: About you**
- A demonstrated comprehension of process management methodologies, underpinned by strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Possesses the invaluable ability to communicate complex information to a diverse audience, coupled with a talent for cultivating and sustaining relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
- Holds a Bachelor's level or a relevant management qualification, augmented by certifications in PMI/Prince 2/SAFe Agile.
- At least 8-10 years of hands-on experience in workforce/resource planning within the ICT domain and an additional 8 years in consultancy, analysis, and program/portfolio management.
