**About the role**: As a Motor Claims Consultant, you will be managing a portfolio of motor vehicle claims face to face, for our customers within the Auckland region. You will help our customers by providing exceptional service throughout the lifecycle of their motor vehicle claim and ensuring you are creating a stress-free customer experience so they can get back on the road. Other typical duties include:

- Liaising with external consultants, repairers, customers, and expert advisors while maintaining and developing long term supplier relationships
- Diligently handling your claims to ensure they turned around as quickly as possible

**The Hours**:

- Rotating rosters, working an 8 hour shift between Monday - Saturday, 7.30am - 6pm
- You will work on 2 rotational shifts: 7.30am - 3.30pm and 10am - 6pm. You’ll be required to work one Saturday 1-2 times per month, from 8.30am - 12.30pm, paying time and a half

**To stand out from the rest, you will have**:

- 1-2 years experience in the customer service industry (preferably call centre)
- Empathy and resilience
- Good listening skills
- The ability to problem solve and be able to think outside of the box
- Insurance knowledge preferred but not required
