**Are you a leader who can influence and improve our patient's journey?**

In this role as a Charge Nurse, you will provide clinical leadership to a growing team within the Transition Lounge and Transit team.

We are looking for a senior nurse who can lead these vital teams through times of change.

As an effective communicator, you will be required to integrated across all directorates and work collaboratively to ensure timely quality patient care delivery.

**Nga Pūkenga Motuhake | Important Skills**
- Minimum of three years of clinical leadership experience
- The knowledge of quality improvement processes and change management processes and principles
- Current NZ Nursing Registration
- Postgraduate certificate in specialty nursing practice or working towards a post-graduate diploma
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
