Needs to be available from Monday to Sunday

May need to work on public holidays

May need to work starting from 5am

May need to work on night shift till 11pm

**Hourly Rate**

$30.00-$35.00

**Hours per Week**

Guaranteed hours of work per week:Minimum 30 hours. Up to 50 hours.

We now need 3Greenhouse supervisors, and you will be working on different shifts.

**Your Key Responsibilities will be**:

- Plan species to be planted in conjunction with holidays, climate, time of year, and market/customers demand
- Making recommendations on fertilizer and potting mediums
- Be knowledgeable about the stages of plant life and diseases that may occur
- Managing greenhouse equipment, to control temperature, humidity, and lighting
- Providingquality check& supervision to all workers
- Giving training &demonstration to new workers
- Arranging tools and labours, according to seasons and customer demands
- Creating shift rosterfor all workers
- Contacting customers to confirm orders and deliveries
- Contacting suppliers for all types of supplies, including tools, fertilizers, soils, and others
- Any other reasonable tasks/duties required by the orgranzation

**General Requirements**:

- Relevant qualifications and previous work experience are not compulsory but would be an advantage, but you will be paid accordingly.
- On-job training will be provided where necessary
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Contribute towards the smooth running of the team
- Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures, including those relating to hygiene, respect for other team members, timekeeping, and flexibility
