**About the role**: As a Customer Support Representative you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with general inquires and booking them in for services.

**Day to day responsibilities**:

- Quickly establish rapport with customers and identify their needs
- Promote and provide exceptional customer service
- Accurately record customer details and information
- Cross-sell and educate customers on services and products

**Start Date**:ASAP

**Days/ Hours**: 4 Day work week Monday to Friday rostered 4 shifts per week working 7am - 530pm with Hybrid flexibility after the training period.

**About You**:Having a great attitude and drive to learn and develop, someone outgoing and friendly who can pick up systems quickly and hit the ground running.
- 2 years or more experience in Customer Service, preferably in a contact centre
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great attitude and willingness to learn
