Our client is out to pick the best new addition to their exceptional, multi-disciplined team at their Rotorua store. Could it be you? Are you a keen rider? Do you live to hit the road, hit the trails and breathe in the goodness of the great outdoors?

We need to hand-pick an outstanding salesperson, a genuine team player who has an ultimate focus on customer care. This role is full-time and does include Saturday work. The ability to understand what their customers need and to provide the right solution is paramount. With New Zealand's mountain biking mecca in our back yard, this is a role that will suit a local guru, or someone who wants to make the move to live in our outdoor wonderland.

This isn't any old sales role, this is a career changer and will allow you to work with Specialized products (a global brand), an expert team, and the potential for growth and development for the right person.

**_Here's what we need:_**
- A proven track record in sales
- Confidence selling high ticket items, with the product knowledge to facilitate this
- The ability to set, achieve and exceed sales targets through skill and passion
- A friendly, approachable persona, with the ability to develop a rapport with customers quickly
- The ability to ask the right questions, to match customers with the right solutions
- Familiarity with Lightspeed POS system or similar
- Self-management, initiative and the ability to priortise
- Confidence to manage inventory, and administrative requirements
- A company ambassador, contributing to maintaining and development Cyclezone's position in the riding community
- Someone who knows their stuff. Cyclezone customers range from beginner to guru, being able to adjust yourself to all levels of knowledge and experience is key

Cyclezone have a strong set of values, you need to be into fitness, love working in a team, want to achieve, be honest and trustworthy and be amazing (they only deal in levels of amazing).
