**The Role**:
Wireline Engineer - We are seeking an Engineer who is intent on delivering best in class services and innovative client solutions with significant wireline experience.
You will spend a significant amount of time working on client sites often in the field in all weather conditions, with some weekend work. The role will be both hands-on (i.e. working with tools & equipment in the field or workshop) and office based. No two days will be the same.
You will represent the Company with clients, analyse problems and opportunities to recommend services and then engage with the operations teams to ensure they are delivered at the highest quality.
The Wireline Engineer will be responsible for the following:
- Advising on best wireline tools and operations, recommending services, interpreting data and troubleshooting problems
- Planning and preparing for well site operations including working closely with operation staff and equipment at well sites
- The preparation of proposal documentation, the preparation of resourcing and project plans (including budgeting and reporting)
- The building and maintaining of strong client relationships and delivering a positive and proactive service
- Continuing to research and stay in touch with the latest wireline technology and equipment
- Promoting and ensuring safe work practices across all operations
**Qualification, Skills & Personal Attributes Required**:
- A degree based professional qualification in engineering or trade qualification with significant practice experience.
- 5 years minimum experience in wireline engineering.
- Collaborative skills which enable effective engagement within the wider team.
- Have enthusiasm and commitment to high standards.
- Prepared to speak-up, challenge the status quo and find better ways of doing things.
- An ability to supervise, mentor, coach others.
- To be successful in this role you must have excellent communication skills, enjoy an autonomous working style and have brilliant organizational ability
- You will also have a proactive and innovative approach to work and demonstrate a willingness to acquire new skills.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
