As a community mental health nurse, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals and families affected by mental illness in the community. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide a range of interventions, including assessment, medication management, psychoeducation.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and developing individualized care plans
- Providing medication management and monitoring medications as appropriate
- Providing psychoeducation to individuals and families to promote understanding and self-management of mental illness
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide holistic and integrated care
