**About the role**

You'll be a key part of servicing your local community to:

- ** Provide timely customer service **by identifying the right products quickly and efficiently, making safe deliveries to sites and loading/unloading trucks both Carters and Suppliers.
- ** Maintain a seamless Carters experience **by maintaining strong relationships as an ambassador for Carters on customer sites, demonstrating safe driving rules, driving hours and reporting requirements and deliveries to be completed efficiently to minimise cost.

- ** A team player with the right attitude. **You bring an approachable and helpful attitude, and a willingness to lend a hand and attention to detail, making sure our customers receive the correct products, assisting in the Yard with picking and pulling stock and loading and unloading of goods.
- ** A real people person. **You have a natural talent for building trust and rapport with our customers, as well as a one team culture, working together with your colleagues to achieve the same goal.
- ** Basic tech skills. **Knowledge of computer systems and basic operating skills.
- ** Physically fit. **For occasional heavy lifting and he physical aspects of being on the go.
- ** Types of licences. **Forklift (F endorsed) desirable and Class 2 licence endorsement is essential, with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
