**About the Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a receptionist to join our team at Mental Health and Addictions Service. You will be responsible for greeting patients on arrival and updating appointment systems, answering incoming calls and general administrative functions supportive of the reception role.

You must be an adaptable person with a willingness to embrace multitasking. Excellent communication skills are required and confidentiality is essential.

**About the Service**

Mental Health and Addictions Service will be based at The Waikato University Campus from December 2024. The team covers a wide area providing services for Adult Mental Health, Alcohol and Drug Services and Child and Adolescent Mental Health.

**About you**
- Competency with te ao Māori, tikanga, and te reo Māori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth.
- Adaptable with a willingness to embrace multitasking. Excellent communication skills are required and confidentiality is essential.
- Have competent computer skills with previous reception or administration experience. It would be advantageous that you have had previous experience working within a health/mental health setting.
