With a fast growing, highly successful team and new projects starting all over New Zealand, we’re looking for a Senior Civil Structures/Bridge Engineer, to be based out of our Auckland office.

About the role | Mō te Tūranga

Leading projects and teams, locally and across NZ, you’ll be part of a close-knit team delivering a diverse and challenging civil structures engineering portfolio. We work on plenty of complex, large-scale projects, with an opportunity to bring new ideas, innovation and thinking to the table. You could have the opportunity to lead and deliver projects like the Omāroro Reservoir, Takitimu North Link, Cannons Creek Bridge or the Mangere treatment tanks. This role will see you developing and maintaining positive and productive client relationships, using your stakeholder management skills to engage your clients, project partners and your own project team. You’ll also provide day-to-day technical leadership, support and guidance to the wider infrastructure team, coaching and mentoring our engineers to improve their skills and deliver excellence.

About You | Mōu

We are looking for someone with strong experience working on infrastructure/civil structures projects. You’ll be technically astute with sound commercial skills, have strong project lead and relationship building capabilities, and experience with proposals through to project delivery. Your excellent technical skills will be matched by your ability to build meaningful client relationships and you’ll be a confident communicator with the willingness to help out at every level.
