**About the Role**:
This is a great opportunity for a marketer looking for flexibility to hit the ground running and add value to our customer chapter. The role is contracted for 6 months at full time hours, though we are also open to a 32 hour week if preferred.

On the daily, the role will involve:

- Collaborating with the Customer Chapter to develop and execute marketing strategies, including campaigns, content marketing and events.
- Coordinating with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing initiatives.
- Working alongside key internal and external stakeholders to develop and publish compelling content.
- Managing social media channels effectively to enhance our reputation and brand awareness.
- Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing efforts to generate insights and actionable recommendations.
- Proofreading and performing detail checks on internal and external RUSH communications.
- Providing support for additional marketing and sales activities.
- Maintaining privacy around all RUSH activities and documentation.

**About you**:
Ideally, you’ll be passionate about B2B marketing, technology and design, with people skills to boot, and fit as much of the following as possible:

- Creative thinker who can adapt to changing circumstances, manage multiple work streams simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Writing is a point of pride; from long-form articles or interviews to snappy social posts or succinct CTAs.
- Organised and pragmatic, with a high level of initiative and self-management.
- Thrives in a team environment but can also work independently and back themselves.
- Willingness to flex working hours on occasion to assist with events.

**Skills & Knowledge**:

- 3+ years experience in a marketing role or similar.
- A marketing qualification (or similar, e.g., advertising, business communications) desirable, but not essential.
- Advanced level of proficiency in oral and written English language, with a track record of engaging and effective content for diverse audiences.
- Strong generalist knowledge of B2B marketing, with a particular strength in either Content, Direct, Events or Digital
