Bring your experience to Synlait and build upon your varied experience in manufacturing processes within our Blending and Canning Facility in Dunsandel. We are interested in having a conversation with technicians across a diverse range of industries who want to develop careers within manufacturing at Synlait.

This role will ensure all aspects of the infant Canning manufacturing process are performed to the highest standards of Health & Safety, Quality, hygiene, and operational excellence. Key duties will include:

- Machine operation particularly with our high-speed filling machine, case packer or palletising robots.
- Assisting team members in general production line duties
- In-depth Quality inspections and completion of paperwork to high standards
- Cleaning production line to Infant formula standards
- Adherence to H&S standards and always aspiring to excellence.
- Problem solving, collaborating, and influencing.

Your ability to be flexible and enthusiasm to develop your skills in a variety of areas within the manufacturing process will provide you with the springboard to success, as you build your knowledge and experience of powder blending and canning with some of the best in the business.

**Skills and experience**

To be successful in the role, you will require:

- Positive attitude and comfortable in team or individual setting
- Previous experience in FMCG/food/dairy manufacturing environment, particularly filling machines, case packers or aptitude for PLC controlled machinery
- Working knowledge of HACCP systems and process
- Previous insight in using ERP systems. SAP experience is a positive
- The ability to undertake heavy lifting on a regular basis
- Excellent attention to detail especially working with numbers and data
