You’ll join our Fitness & Wellbeing vertical where we’ve recently brought together our Boutique Wellness and Health & Fitness business to form a single, global vertical that serves clients around the globe in key markets like the US, Canada, UK, Europe, Japan, Australia and New Zealand. We have market-leading software products like Mariana Tek, TrueCoach, Clubware, Resamania and PerfectMind as well as Commerce Accelerating Technologies like Connect (Brandbot) and Insights (Intelli-hub) that are designed to help our clients manage and grow their business.

Reporting into the Director Of Technology - F&W, you’ll help us build the number 1 recognised Gym Software in the market and we are excited about the challenge of achieving that here at Xplor. Some of the other responsibilities you’ll have:

- Creating a comprehensive solution architecture and set of high level designs as part of our product design process and will provide strategic direction and support to development teams throughout the development process.
- Working in an agile design lifecycle the Solution Architect will Identify & Support opportunities across the design lifecycle that will deliver greater efficiency & quality outputs including fostering & influencing a product led mindset to our ways of working and use of internal tools.
- Working closely with Principal Developers to provide technical leadership across the Product Design & Development lifecycle as well as incident resolution.
- You will be a key contributor to the evolution of the Developer Chapter providing great support to the Chapter Lead and Principal Developers in attaining the Chapter goals and developing and coaching members of the Chapter
