**The Role**:
We have exciting opportunities available for motivated and dedicated Site Supervisor to join our Flood Recovery team. These are diverse roles and you will manage all stages of insurance building projects from award of contract to design, construction and commissioning. You will be responsible for scheduling works, coordinating suppliers and subcontractors, managing site inductions, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring budgetary requirements are met.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Manage all stages of insurance building projects
- Ensure sites remain safe and free of hazards
- Liaise with subcontractors, clients & customers
- Build & maintain strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders
- Facilitate construction due diligence team activities
- Ensure all approvals and certificates are obtained in a timely manner
- Lead & motivate a team to meet required SLA’s & deliver projects on time
- All projects are delivered in accordance with approved scope of works, format standards and specifications
- Ensure processes are followed on site to meet client requirements
- Maintain quality control procedures
- Manage site industrial relations and conduct site inductions & OHS observations
- Weekly WIP meetings with Supervisors and Prepare financial reports
- Work in multiple locations across

Do you have proven examples of demonstrating drive and energy? Are you extremely motivated and can think outside the box? Being able to demonstrate and highlight examples of these are the key criteria for you to be successful in joining our existing talented and passionate team.
- Background in Insurance Building and remedial projects
- Experience in project management in the design and construction industry
- Strong problem solving, attention to detail & organisational skills
- Demonstrated negotiation & analytical skills
- Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple & competing priorities
- Ability to be empathetic to the needs of the client
- Fantastic work ethic & the desire to grow within the company
- Competent with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office & construction estimating software such as Buildsoft
- Completion of OH&S Induction Training for Construction Industry Workers (White Card)
- Strong communication skills - both written & verbal with a strong influential flair
- Planning and organisational skills with proven experience delivering projects on time
- Operational experience of project delivery software desirable
- Familiarity with OHS practices, legislation & regulations and current market rates & trends
- Driver licence
