**About the work**

This opportunity sits as part of Macpac’s Marketing team and alongside a team of Graphic Designers whose focus is on brining the Macpac brand to life across all our channels.

Reporting to the Graphic Design Studio Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of marketing collateral - from EDMs & web banners, retail POS to packaging. Our Designers are significant contributors to the marketing department, leading design projects, and have the scope to pitch their own ideas.

You will have a true eye for quality, and further develop the standards of the brand’s presentation.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Concept development for collateral/campaigns and various channel-specific creative briefs
- Coordinate and complete concept/artwork rollout, ensuring a high quality and in line with our brand guidelines
- Ensuring advertising material complies with production specs and is supplied fit for channel

**To be successful in this role**
- You will have a qualification in Graphic Design along with demonstrated experience as a Graphic Designer ideally from within Retail.
- Solid experience in digital design is required as we support our Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Team.
- Strong administrative skills along with proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- You will be inquisitive, organised, self-motivated
- A conceptual and critical thinker with a strong work ethic and attention to detail and the ability to execute confidently
- An effective communicator with a collaborative approach and the ability engage with teams across our organisation
