As our Maintenance Team Leader - Green Technology, you do maintenance gardening on our clients' green walls, green roofs and eco-gabions. As required, you also support the wider Maintenance team with traditional garden maintenance.

You enable your team to plan and carry out work ensuring quality implementation and presentation. You communicate effectively with clients and manage your resources to achieve delivery of projects on time.

- Manage plant, vehicle and other resources you need

**Team**
- _allocate work to your team to implement projects to a high standard_
- _manage resources for current workload_
- _provide input and advice into the preparation of training and development plans for team members_
- _record the time worked for your team every day to enable accurate pay_

**Quality**
- Ensure invoicing completed promptly or information being provided to administration support
- Ensure PMP’s for each property are updated & accurate
- All jobs being planned and running according to NH Job Flow with supporting paper systems in place

**Resource Management**
- Maintain the maintenance equipment and tools.
- Keep inventory of chemicals and reorder when needed.
- Keep safety documentation records for chemical use.
- Organise a regular servicing schedule of maintenance equipment

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
**Prerequisites**
- Full drivers license
- Growsafe certificate
- Horticultural qualification (NZQA Level 4 or currently enrolled)
- Working knowledge of indoor plants and their requirements
- Ideally: Commercial ropes certified
- Ideally: Knowledge in propagation, hydroponics and irrigation
