**WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU**:

- 1.5 + years experience on a building site
- Confident using basic tools and power tools in a safe manner
- Able to follow clear instructions
- A pretrade course in building or construction (a bonus but not essential)

**EVERYONE MUST HAVE**:

- Must have reliable transport as travel may be required for some sites
- MUST pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
- A current site safe is a bonus but not essential
