**The opportunity**

Working alongside our HR Manager and HR Consultants, you will have the opportunity to learn about all areas of HR, including Recruitment, Employment Relations, General HR, Learning & Development and Organisation Development.

**What does a day in the life look like? With full support from the team you could be**:

- Assisting with internal and client recruitment
- Maintaining our online HRIS system
- Grabbing a coffee from a local café with the team
- Onboarding new employees
- Administering our career discussion process
- Preparing Human Resources documentation including Employment Agreements and Variation Letters
- Having collaborative discussions with the team about anything from employment law to leadership development

**About you**

You are a hardworking person, who loves to contribute and get things done, enjoys understanding the details, values good customer service and endeavours to be the best You have a genuine interest in commerce and enjoy learning about different business environments.

You will also:

- Have outstanding attention to detail
- Always aim to get things finished and follow up when necessary
- Thrive on learning new things and challenging your thinking
- Be proactive, take initiative and strive for excellence
- Enjoy working in a team where everyone contributes and works together
- Have an HR degree or something similar

In the longer term, there is an opportunity to develop your career into an HR Generalist role supporting and advising our clients, and /or to specialise in a certain area of HR/OD. Our team is a supportive, hardworking, and collaborative team who respect each other’s input, experience, and sense of humour
