**Role Overview**: We are seeking a motivated and physically fit individual to join our team as a Class 2 WTR Civil Worker. In this role, you will be responsible for operating Class 2 vehicles and WTR machinery, as well as assisting with various labour tasks on construction sites. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in civil construction and grow within a dynamic company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate Class 2 vehicles and WTR machinery efficiently and safely.
- Assist with general labour tasks such as digging, lifting, and site preparation.
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to complete projects on time and to a high standard.
- Take advantage of training opportunities provided to enhance your skills and knowledge in civil construction.

**Requirements**:

- Hold a valid Class 2 driver's license with WTR endorsement.
- Previous experience operating WTR machinery is preferred but not essential.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour tasks in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills in civil construction.
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand.
