Will be responsible for ensuring that all food safety programs are in place and implemented accordingly, reviewed and revised as needed (Food Safety Micro Plan, Calibration, Cleaning and Sanitation Procedure, Inspection and Verification, Chemical Handling, Control and Storage, Integrated Pest Management, Sanitary Facilities Functionality and Amenities Availability etc.)
- Will lead in the investigation of Food Safety-related issues internal and external (Root Cause Analysis and CAPing) and in ensuring that all corresponding actions are implemented and effective -Conduct on-site verification of processes and procedures
- Conduct Critical Control Point Validation and Verification
- Will be responsible in conducting routine GWP, GMP and 5S Audit and in documenting findings, areas for improvement and creating official report -Assist in documenting processes and procedures
- Assist during external audits -Other tasks required by superior/ manager

**Job location**:
Willing to work atJellicoe Street, Te Puke, New Zealand and/ or Bell Road, Papamoa Beach, Papamoa 3187, New Zealand and/or 5A Ashley Place, Papamoa, New Zealand.

**Work hours/schedule**:
Normal working hours is 40 hours per week (with guaranteed minimun 30 hours work per week). Required to work shifts between the hours of 7.00am to 3.30pm, 3.00pm to 11.30pm and 11.00pm to 7. five days per week (rostered).
