Tatua has a new permanent position that has become available within the Warehouse for the role of Dispatch Co-ordinator, working Monday to Friday.

Reporting to the Warehouse & Logistics Manager the successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating Tatua’s export container loading schedule, including LCL and freight forwarders. This role interfaces with multiple departments within Tatua and expands across Tatua’s 3PL network. Key fundamentals such as managing product and sample movements between 3PL to meet customer demand.

We are seeking a self-motivated person with the following key attributes:

- Will have the ability to perform all tasks to exceed the level of service demanded by internal and external customers
- Effective communication skills within Tatua and external 3PL’s
- An eye for detail and ability to problem solve on the run
- Must have excellent documentation and numeracy skills
- Should be flexible to changes in shipping schedules and equipment availability.

It is essential that this person has the proven ability to work within a team environment and can form strong working relationships with team-mates.

Experience in Transport and Logistics practices as well as exposure within a fully integrated manufacturing site is an advantage.

Knowledge of JDE Edwards is desirable but not essential.
