If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you here at NZME to join our Trade Marketing team as a Marketing Coordinator. This role would suit a recent graducate or something looking to start their career in marketing. In this role you will be providing support to the Trade Marketing and Commercial teams. You’ll be assisting the implementation of trade marketing strategies to connect with our customers and clients.

We are looking for someone who is an excellent written communicator, digitally savvy, with basic design skills, is a natural collaborator with excellent attention to detail with a positive, can-do attitude.

Multitasking and juggling multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously is essential. We’re fast paced and as such need someone flexible and willing to roll up their sleeves when needed.

Some key responsibilities are
- Write high quality creative briefs and work closely with the creative team to produce market leading trade marketing activity
- Ensure Sales collateral is up to date, correct and easy to find by Commercial team
- Support with NZME social platforms, uploading of content, advertising, & manage inboxes.
- Support with eDM collation and distribution.
- Basic design jobs to support Trade Designer - e.g. social tiles & eDM imagery
- Ensure in house media is booked and dispatched to deadline.
- Support the Trade Marketing team in radio survey and readership results roll outs.
