**The Role**

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Developer to join our innovative Digital Team.

You will be at the early stages of your BI career where you will assist in designing, developing and deploying solutions to help drive informed decision making across Douglas. This could include dashboards, reports, and other data visualisation tools.

You will gather and document BI requirements and ensure they are clear and accurate. You will extract, transform, and load data from various data sources into data warehouses so it is available for reporting and analytics.

As you know, data quality is key. We want high quality and reliable data that our stakeholders can trust. You will perform data cleansing and quality checks to ensure this is the case.

You will provide support and training to the business on BI systems and tools so they are better utilised.

**Are you ready to be part of it?**

You will be/have:

- ** BI / DATA ANALYTICS** experience - you have had a year or 2 in this space. You enjoy working with data, reports, systems and dashboards. You know the value you can add to a business with strong analytics and data
- A **COMMUNICATOR** - you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- A **PROBLEM SOLVER** - who can resolve issues and find resolutions.
