In this role, your primary responsibility will be fabric welding on Straitline's products using a hot air welding system. **All tools will be provided, and you will be fully trained and be part of a supportive team.**

This is a full-time **permanent** position working Monday - Friday (45 hours per week), however on occasion, you will need the flexibility to work outside of normal working hours when needed.

Overview of key responsibilities:

- Carrying out fabric welding on products as per guidelines
- Ensuring fabric welding is completed satisfactorily and within specified time frames
- Accurate tracking of time and materials used on each job (using paper and tablet based systems)
- Clear coating and digital printing
- Ensure your machinery and workspace are kept clean and tidy
- Assist with tasks in other areas of production when needed

To be successful in this role, you must have the following:

- High level of physical fitness
- Practical, hands on experience with tools (essential)
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Proactive and enthusiastic nature
- Reliable team player willing to help out where needed
