**Your new role**

We are currently seeking an experienced Drain layer with Class 1 and Wheels, Tracks, and Rollers (Beneficial) experience to join our Civil clients Wellington team.

As a key member of the crew, you will be responsible for carrying out and assisting drain laying tasks with precision and safety. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Conducting drain laying tasks, including installation, repair, and maintenance of drainage systems.
- Assisting Qualified Drain layers
- Collaborating with the team to coordinate and complete projects within set deadlines.
- Adhering to health and safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.

**What you'll need to succeed**

Proven prior experience as a Drain layer Labourer
- Relevant certifications or experience in drain laying.
- Relevant licences (WTR Beneficial)
- Full Class 1 NZ Licence
- Strong understanding of drainage systems and their installation requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret plans and blueprints.
- Demonstrated experience in earthmoving and excavation projects.
- Safety-conscious mindset with a commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- A valid driving licence and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol Test
- Rights to work and live in New Zealand
