We at Napier City PAK’nSAVE are looking for positive, energetic and reliable people to join our Butchery team as Meat Packers.

Our butchery department is busy and requires all hands on deck. You must be able to handle the smell of raw meat/blood and cold temperatures.

Responsibilities will be to:

- Ability to work well under pressure, meeting demands of the role, including heavy lifting and cold environment.
- Help pack products
- Ensuring temperature checks are maintained
- Adhering to the policies and procedures
- Cleaning to high standard
- Able to communicate well and follow instructions
- Dealing with customer enquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Leadership Skills is ideal
- Knife-hand skills ideal but not required.
- Applicant needs to be able to handle raw meat and blood for up to 40 hours a week.
