**About the role**

We are searching for an experienced Supervisor to join our Hamilton team. This is a permanent full-time (40 hours per week) position managing our maintenance and project delivery. Whilst the days of work will predominantly be Monday to Friday, weekend work may be called for on as and when required.

**The position prefers the incumbent to be a registered Electrician with a current practicing license. In addition, we are looking for the following experience**:

- 5+ years of experience in the electrical industry
- Knowledge of street lighting contracts
- Ramm experience desirable but not essential
- Experience in quoting/tendering systems
- Proven ability in the planning and supervision of staff
- Proven and effective people management skills
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong computer skills and competency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Effective and positive leadership skills
- A problem solver with a solution-focused attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- The ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
- Keen to develop own knowledge and that of others
