Reporting to the Bakery Manager**,** you will utilise your expertise in all aspects of bread baking, cake decorating and conceptualizing, designing and producing a wide array of baked goods From elaborate cakes, donuts and pastries to artisan bread and savory delights, you'll have the freedom to unleash your creativity and leave a lasting impression on our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring that every product that comes out of the oven are of high quality.
- Cake Decorating, bread baking, creating new products.
- Adhere to proper baking techniques, temperature control, and cooking times to achieve optimal results.
- Maintaining a clean, neat and orderly work station through general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned to adhere to standards.
- Responsible for quality control to ensure consistency by monitoring oven temperatures and product appearance.
- Ensuring all baked goods are completed on time.
- Operating baking equipment safely and ensuring cleanliness at all times.

- Able to work in a hot and fast-paced environment
